Mayo Clinic Business Accelerator offers lease terms and rates that are business friendly and designed to meet the needs of new companies and individual entrepreneurs. We currently have two lease options available to companies or individuals. Tenants may lease a furnished office that includes a desk, small meeting table, three chairs, white boards and/or tackable surfaces, storage, power and high speed internet connection. Each office has glass frontage and is lockable. Alternatively, tenants may lease a shared workspace located in a common area that is utilized on a space-available basis. Each workstation includes a desk, chair, power and high speed internet connection and provides the opportunity to work more collaboratively with your peers. The current lease rates are $500 per month for an office and $100 per month for a shared workspace.
All tenants have access to common space features that include wi-fi network access, lounge and meeting area, and writeable whiteboard walls for group collaboration. An executive board conference room is available for scheduled use, complete with seating for ten, conference phone, mobile flat-screen television, and VGA/HDMI laptop connections.
